Terms of Service

By accessing or using ZavitSports you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

You must be at least 13 years old to use ZavitSports. If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you must be at least 16. By using the service you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.

ZavitSports is an informational companion app for the 2026 international football tournament. The service provides:

• Live and scheduled match scores and results. • A guide to legal, licensed ways to watch matches — we link to broadcasters; we do not stream matches ourselves. • Prediction-market and sportsbook probability data, shown as neutral information only. • An AI assistant ("ask zavit") that synthesises the above to answer fan questions.

ZavitSports is NOT: • A sportsbook, betting platform, or gambling service. • A streaming service; we do not host or transmit match video. • A financial, wagering, or investment adviser. • An official product of any football federation, tournament organiser, broadcaster, or sponsor.

Nothing on ZavitSports constitutes an offer, solicitation, or advice to place any bet, wager, or financial transaction.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation. • Scrape, crawl, or systematically harvest content from the service without our written permission. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the service. • Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content through or to the service. • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation. • Use the service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its availability or operation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

ZavitSports contains links to third-party websites and services — including broadcasters, prediction markets (Kalshi, Polymarket), and sportsbooks. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation.

Third-party sites have their own terms of service and privacy policies. ZavitSports is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices. You access them at your own risk and subject to their terms.

In particular, prediction-market and sportsbook links do not constitute an offer to wager and are not directed at users in jurisdictions where such activities are restricted. It is your responsibility to determine whether using those services is lawful in your location.

Prediction-market probabilities, sportsbook odds, and any other market data displayed on ZavitSports:

• Are provided for informational purposes only. • May be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. • Do not constitute financial, wagering, or investment advice. • Are not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to place any bet or financial transaction. • Are sourced from third-party providers (including Kalshi) over which we have no control; we make no warranty as to their accuracy or timeliness.

ZavitSports places no bets, holds no positions, and derives no commission from any wager. The phrase "market implies X%" and similar language is descriptive of observed market prices, not a prediction or tip.

All original content on ZavitSports — including text, design, code, and the Zavit brand — is the property of Zavit and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

ZavitSports is an independent service and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by: • Any international football federation (including FIFA). • Any national football association. • Any official tournament organiser or sponsor. • Any broadcaster or media-rights holder.

Team names, national flags, and tournament terminology are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZAVIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Match scores, schedules, and market data may be delayed or inaccurate. Confirm kickoff times and broadcast channels directly with your broadcaster before the match.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZAVIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to ZavitSports at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. On termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you have a subscriber account, contact privacy@zavit.ai to request deletion of your data.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you are a subscriber) at least 14 days before the change takes effect and update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance.
